By accessing or using the electronics manufacturing services provided by Aditi Electronics And Research Private Limited Company (AEAR), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
Aditi Electronics And Research Private Limited offers custom PCB fabrication, PCB layout design, and comprehensive PCB assembly services. These Terms apply to all users of our services, including customers, vendors, and other individuals or entities accessing our platform.
3. User Accounts
To access certain services or request a quote, you may be required to provide accurate contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Product Orders and Payments
All printed circuit board orders are subject to availability and manufacturing capacities. Prices are as listed on our quote estimations and may change without notice depending on raw material costs. Payments must be made following our accepted payment policies before production begins.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Detailed shipping and delivery information is outlined in our official Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services. Any additional costs, such as international customs duties or taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our return and refund procedures for manufactured boards are fully detailed in our Refund & Returns Policy. Review these guidelines before making a purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our criteria for manufacturing defects.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, layout structures, and software, is the property of Aditi Electronics And Research Private Limited and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Client Gerber files and designs remain the strict intellectual property of the client, safeguarded by our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aditi Electronics And Research Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of our electronic products.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of SHAHPURA, PIN 311404, RAJASTHAN, INDIA. Disputes arising in connection to these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in SHAHPURA, PIN 311404, RAJASTHAN, INDIA.
